On the 8th and 9th of December 2022, the ninth edition of the Gulf International Congress took place in Dubai, a significant event focused on tax and legal regulations in the United Arab Emirates. Our managing partner, Giuliano Bellachioma, has been included in the list of Representatives of IICUAE, signifying his certification and representation as a professional affiliated with the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the UAE.
This appointment allows our firm to benefit from the support of the local Chamber of Commerce and operate in the Emirati market, fostering partnerships with local distributors and buyers. Additionally, it provides the opportunity to establish companies both in the Mainland and in the free zones of the country.

Our firm has been an active and integral part of the commercial, tax, and legal consulting activities related to Urania Srl’s entry into the capital of our client TeXpo Srl. Knobs Srl, an innovative SME controlled by the Smart Capital holding and a leader in Italy in technological consulting and software development, founded in Milan in 2014 by professionals who hold teaching and managerial roles at the Polytechnic University of Milan, focuses on complex projects based on blockchain technology and IoT. Knobs Srl has invested in TeXpo Srl, an Italian company that owns the Deply blockchain platform and is a client of our firm.
Urania Srl, a Milanese company controlled 70% by Knobs, has indeed acquired 5% of TeXpo, partly by subscribing to a capital increase and the rest through the transfer of shares by co-founder Luiza Gaburova. For further details, please refer to the press release available here:
