Giuliano Bellachioma is a Chartered Accountant and Auditor who provides consulting services in tax, fiscal, managerial, corporate and judicial matters both nationally and internationally. Even before his professional qualification and during his university studies, concluded ‘cum laude’, Giuliano had already gained excellent experience by combining his work as a student with training that culminated in him being awarded the ‘Felicetti Prize’ as the best newly qualified Chartered Accountant in 2011. Over time, Giuliano has gained significant experience in obtaining prestigious assignments in consultancy to companies, to banking foundations (FOB), in corporate mergers and extraordinary transactions, Legal Audits, as well as several appointments in Boards of Directors and Boards of Statutory Auditors. Giuliano has also received several assignments at the Court of Viterbo as Bankruptcy Curator, Auxiliary of the Judge of Real Estate Executions, and Technical Consultant of the Investigating Judge (CTU). At the institutional and ordinary level, in addition to being a member of the Joint Commission of the Lazio Region on Anti-Money Laundering and Member of the Judicial Area Study Commission, in 2014 he was recognised as the delegate representative of the ODCEC of Viterbo at the World Congress of Accountants, a four-yearly event of primary importance organized by IFAC as a moment of great importance for the accounting profession. Having gained significant experience in compliance matters, with primary specialization in Anti-Money Laundering and Administrative Liability of Companies and Entities governed by Legislative Decree 231/2001, since October 2015, he holds the title of Assistant Professor of Financial Intermediaries Law at the University of Tuscia. Giuliano is also an ‘Italian Representative IICUAE”,. a professional certified by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the UAE and authorized to develop business partnerships with local operators and set up companies in UAE and all over the world.
