Francesco Lucidi is a lawyer with qualification to work in Italy and Spain who practices in international taxation, contract law and new technology law.
A graduate of the University of Perugia, he has always had a strong international outlook, which led him to study 9 months abroad through the Erasmus programme at the Universitat de Barcelona, and then to do an internship at an International Organisation in Greece called ‘EPLO, European Public Law Organisation’. Her studies continued with a master’s degree at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona (Spain) in International Law and one at the Barcelona Bar Association in corporate law.
He starts to work as a lawyer in Spain with the firm Oriola Abogados – Martinez Echevarria in Barcelona, a city where he stayed for five years, which enabled him to help Italian companies in Spain and manage them through investments, m&a and contractual matters. In addition to this, he also manages the interests of various foreign investors in Spain and deals with labour law.
Later, he starts working in the world of Legaltech for a French start-up called Wonder.Legal, a European leader in the technological sector of law, a company with which he collaborates, where he drafts smart contracts, to be written through a computer language.
In the meantime, he started to travel the world and became increasingly interested in the world of international taxation and Legaltech, which led him to undertake two different master’s degrees, one in Legaltech and planning at the University of Milan, and another in international taxation at the 24-hour business school of the Sun 24 hours. In 2023, he did a master’s degree on ‘blockchain and crypto-assets law’ from Giuffré ed.
He currently deals with contract management, both Italian and international, international taxation and new technology law. He helps digital entrepreneurs and Digital Nomads to exit or re-enter Italy, thanks to the network of international contacts he has created over time.
He speaks fluent Italian, English, Spanish and French.
